The service and its operator

These terms govern your use of annualreport.gallery and the Annual Report Archive plugin, API, and MCP tools (the “service”). The service is provided by Airfoil Ventures Singapore Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company with UEN 202143297N (“Airfoil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to agree for that organisation. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Using the archive

The archive helps people explore historic annual-report cover design. You may browse it and use its tools for lawful research, reference, and design exploration, subject to these terms and the rights in the underlying material.

You must not interfere with the service, circumvent access restrictions, use it to infringe others’ rights, submit malicious content, or send requests at a volume that disrupts availability for others. Automated access through the published tools is permitted subject to these limits.

Do not send sensitive, confidential, or personal information in search queries. Semantic search uses Google’s Gemini API as explained in our Privacy Policy. That feature is intended for adult users and is subject to applicable provider availability and use restrictions.

Covers, source material, and reuse

Annual-report covers, logos, illustrations, photographs, and source scans may be protected by copyright, trade marks, or other rights belonging to their respective owners. Display in this archive does not mean a work is in the public domain or available under an open licence.

We do not grant rights in third-party material. Before reproducing or otherwise reusing it, check the original source and obtain any permission your intended use requires. A source link or attribution does not itself replace permission.

Company names and marks identify the archived material; their inclusion does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, this service. If you believe material should be corrected or removed, follow the rights and corrections guidance.

Search results and historical information

Search results are ranked by similarity and may include unrelated companies, years, or designs. Metadata and descriptions may contain errors or omissions. Check an individual record and its original scan before relying on a date, attribution, description, or other detail.

The archive is a design reference. Historical reports and descriptions are not current financial information or investment advice. We do not provide purchases, payments, trading, or rights-clearance services through the archive tools.

Connected apps and external links

The service can return information to an AI app you choose to use. That app’s own terms govern your relationship with its provider. We do not control the app’s interpretation of a result, its conversation history, or actions it takes using other tools.

Links to source archives and other websites are provided for reference. Those services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains how information passes between the archive and its providers.

Availability and changes

We may update the collection and tools, apply reasonable usage limits, or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, maintenance, or legal requirements. We may also change or discontinue features. Availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties about accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for assessing the results and obtaining any permissions needed for your use of third-party material.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airfoil is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Revised terms apply prospectively; where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement. If you do not agree to a revision, stop using the service.
